When acting as your agent to engage other consultants we ensure compliance with your requirements and charge our time and costs accordingly. If instructed we source other professionals and advisors to supply services to you, the instructing client. Cromer & Partners accept no professional liability for the services provided by others; such responsibility lies with the author of the service and the signatory to that advice.
This office will respond to your requests and engage other consultants required to undertake your particular instruction. By engaging Cromer & Partners in this manner, you the client accept our recommendation and acknowledge that the fees generated by other consultants and vetted by us on your behalf are your responsibility, to be attended to in accordance with our Terms of Contract (available upon request).
